The Men's Arts Council is a volunteer, not for profit, 501 (c) 3 organization of business men from the metropolitan Phoenix area organized to support specific programs and activities of the Phoenix Art Museum, and to fund endowments for the acquisition of art for the permanent collections of the museum.

The annual Cowboy Artists of America Show & Exhibition is the major event of three produced by Men's Arts Council, whose familiar name to most is "MAC". MAC has been a partner with the Cowboy Artists and the Phoenix Art Museum to produce this annual event for the past 30 years.
